| The City of Saratoga has adopted the Building Regulations Article 16-60 of the Saratoga City Code pertaining to Early Warning Fire Alarm Systems. The Saratoga Fire Protection District has adopted Ordinance 1-1984, connection to the Saratoga Fire District Remote Station. |

The Saratoga Fire Protection District requires a plan check of EWAS systems. Three sets of plans shall be submitted to the Fire District with a plan check fee of $200.00. |
