The agenda for this meeting was posted in front of the Fire Station at 14380 Saratoga Avenue at 1230 hours on September 8, 2026, pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2 (more commonly known as the Brown Act).

3.2 Correspondence.
3.2.1 Copy of a proposal for the inspection of two bridges on Ambric Knolls and Big Basin Way. The proposal is agendized under New Business.”
3.2.2 A copy Resolution No. 2026-4, a Resolution of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Saratoga Fire Protection District Authorizing the Destruction of Records and a list of the records to be destroyed which identifies the information contained in them. The Resolution is agendized under New Business.”
3.2.3 An email from the Registrar of Voters Office advising the district that there was only one unopposed candidate for Commissioner and that the appointment will be approved by the Board of Supervisors on October 6, 2026.
3.2.4 A copy of the 2026 Fall Chipping Schedule. Chipping will take place in Saratoga from October 5th through 9th. Registration is on the FireSafe Council website.
3.2.5 A notice of a public hearing before the City Council on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the proposed development at 14486 Oak Place.
3.2.6 An email from Commissioner Kraule requesting an item concerning Builder’s Remedy be placed on the agenda under “New Business.”

7.3 Discuss and consider scheduling a study session to discuss the impacts of the Builder’s Remedy and Safety Element on evacuation and emergency response within the District.
